Suzuki mehran car is known to every person who travels in pakistan. its the top selling family vehicle in pakistan. i like this car personally for the only reason that its spare parts are so cheap. yeah, i own the japanese model of mehran (Suzuki fx) for 10 years & i know its best for transportation in short distant areas. pak suzuki motors limited was founded in 1983 in order to assemble & distribute japanese cars in pakistan , later In 1992, a plant was built at port qasim near Karachi to support car making in pakistan. pak suzuki starts making suzuki mehran car from 1988 & till date they are producing it..it was also called suzuki alto in 1988-1992..pak suzuki is the largest car seller in pakistan with more then 55% market share. one of the basic reason behind the extreme sale of suzuki mehran car is its cost which is quite low as compare to others, the second reason is its cheap cost of running as its have small 800 cc engine which ultimately leads to low consumption of fuel.

Coming to the title of this post let me tell you about car that chines auto makers produce quite same as suzuki mehran. however in pakistan chines products are considered lower regarding quality but after watching the features of chines mehran model i have quite a different opinion about chines products now..its interior is excellent (quite same as alto 1000 cc), it has a sunroof .also provided with airbags that is neither ever provided with pakistani assembled mehran even not in cultus, liana & baleno..its switchboard is cool with easy switch consoles..i wish pak suzuki also made some amendments in existing mehrans model & come up with these features..here is the cost list of suzuki mehran made in pakistan.
